Start of your turn, then clear their field with your main engine. (don't chain it to Borger/Caesar effect, since facedown monster still can be returned if it was target first)
Explanation:
Disable XYZ monsters + K9 monsters + Forced Release. Also VS monters cannot be bounced and protected by Snow Devil when be facedown.
