Use Nibiru before opponent summons Baronne de Fleur or Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon. Not always effective because Baronne and Vortex can be made by 5th or 6th summon. |

Usable
Nibiru + Imperm or Effect Veiler is your best bet. This deck can make omni-negates by the 5th summon or before Pendulum Summoning.
If you have both, wait for these choke points before they make a 2nd omni-negate after Pendulum Summoning. If you only have Nibiru, use it before they summon the 1st omni-negate, ideally after they've Pendulum Summoned.
1a. When

2. When 2 level 7's are on the field after opponent has Pendulum Summoned. They can still summon 2 level 7's after Nibiru depending on the hand.

Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon, which is an omni-negate. Can be done as early as the 3rd summon.
