Target:

Nibiru + Imperm or Effect Veiler is your best bet. This deck can make omni-negates by the 5th summon or before Pendulum Summoning.

If you have both, wait for these choke points before they make a 2nd omni-negate after Pendulum Summoning. If you only have Nibiru, use it before they summon the 1st omni-negate, ideally after they've Pendulum Summoned.

1a. When Harmonizing Magician + Oafdragon Magician are on field

1b. When Supreme King Dragon Lightwurm + Chronograph Sorcerer are on field

2. When 2 level 7's are on the field after opponent has Pendulum Summoned. They can still summon 2 level 7's after Nibiru depending on the hand.

3. Chain Nibiru to The Gaze of Timaeus targeting Dark Magician of Destruction

4. Chain Nibiru to Performapal Celestial Magician monster effect if they also control a Synchro monster

Explanation:

1. Baronne de Fleur can be summoned with these monsters. Can be done by 5th summon.

2. Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon can be summoned with 2 level 7's. Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon can summon Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon if it is sent to GY. Vortex is an omni-negate.

3. The Gaze of Timaeus can summon Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon, which is an omni-negate. Can be done as early as the 3rd summon.

4. You won't be able to activate monster effects for the rest of the turn
