Explanation:

Prevents Eccelsia from summoning cards from deck, as banishment is a requirement. Completely stops Mirrorjade effect. Albion the Branded Dragon and Branded in Red both banish to fuse, thus Lancea completely stops the fusions from happening. Actively worse than Lancea, as Chaos Hunter's attribute and stats allow it to be fused via Fallen of Albaz effect.
