Dogmatika is a ritual deck focused around Extra Deck hate. As a part of the Branded lore, they technically have quick access to Fallen of Albaz fusions, however, cards like Nadir Servant and Dogmatika Punishment both create an extra deck lock. The majority of the deck wants to dump cards from the Extra of both players, in order to either simply see an ED monster leave that area, or to use that monster's GY effect ( Garura, Wings of Resonant Life, Mereologic Aggregator and Elder Entity N'tss are common sends).
