Explanation:

Can be strong when paired with boardbreakers like Raigeki to prevent the opponent from negating it. Otherwise weak, as all Enneacraft monsters' in-hand effect to special summon from hand are not once per turn. Destroying a card in the hand can still be ok, as Enneacraft - Archa.TAIL cannot protect cards in their hand from being destroyed.
