Explanation:

Always remove spell/traps, destroying their monsters will have none or even negative impact.

Very (very) rarely you can destroy the monsters if they don't have backrow, they're short on cards and without Legendary Fire King Ponix Legendary Fire King Ponix and Template:U in hand.
