Completely locks the Branded Player out of Extra deck summoning, as there are no fusion monsters in the average Branded deck that Contact "C" meets the requirements for, however, if the player is running any Level 10 Synchro monsters other than 
Bystial Dis Pater, they can synchro it away, but that isn't very common.
