Purulia will guarantee at least two draws, as Branded does tend to summon a few monsters from hand, however, it doesn't encourage a truncated turn like Fuwalos does. You'll see draws off of the normal summon, and maybe if 
Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous, but outside of that, you won't get much benefit.
