Using Ghost Belle to negate adding a Spell from GY to hand on 
Sky Striker Ace - Kagari and 
Sky Striker Ace - Zero can stop them from accruing more card advantage. This can be used with Zero even if there are no cards in the GY.
Can be used on the Tribute effect of
Sky Striker Ace - Zero to negate the special summon and destruction of a card. Can be game winning if done when the opponent is low/out of resources.
Can be used on the GY revive effect of 
Sky Striker Ace - Raye, likely sub-optimal if the opponent is still able to Special Summon on your turn by using 
Sky Striker Mobilize - Linkage!
Negating the shuffle effect of 
Sky Striker Special Maneuver - Lemnisgate! will stall their grind game as the card will need to be added back from the GY or added via 
Sky Striker Mobilize - Engage! (if the deck has multiple copies). This also prevents any cards getting added back to the hand from the field.
