If the deck gets stuck on a blue Twin, with no access to Ki-sikil, it functionally stops in it's tracks. There are ways the deck CAN pivot, especially in Fiendsmith or Spright variants, but getting stuck with nothing but a blue Twin makes the deck just. Halt.
