Explanation:
Sky Striker's can typically link off generic material into cards such as 
Sky Striker Ace - Zeke and 
Sky Striker Ace - Camellia, or non-engine extra deck monsters like 
S:P Little Knight.
However both 
Combined Maneuver - Engage Zero! and 
Sky-Striker Ace - Zero cannot be used as Link Material, so if you activate this when Zero or Engage Zero are summoned, this can lock them out of backrow usage if they do not have a Spell to out Contact "C" such as 
Sky Striker Mecha Modules - Multirole. However this is too situational and other cards are better interruption.
